We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging

• In resellable condition

• Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

• Customized or personalized items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Items damaged due to customer handling

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Email us at info@vanika.store with your order number and photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at info@vanika.store.

If your return is accepted:

• We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving our instructions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

• If more than 10 business days have passed after refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items or gift cards

• Customized/personalized products

• Items damaged by customer handling
